I believe that happiness and optimum health are a combination of the physical and the mental. I use an holistic approach of helping my clients to improve their fitness levels and nutrition through exercise and diet, combined with improving their emotional well-being with the use of personal life coaching. I give my clients the choice of having either Personal Training, Massage Therapy or Life Coaching sessions with me, or a combination of both to allow for a more rounded approach to helping them on their journey to a healthier and happier life.
